Mr. E. Sundaran, a very dynamic and enterprising individual who had the vision to build an industry that could offer quality and reliable products at an affordable price, founded the company during the peak of the industrialization period of 70’s. The company was a small set up then and initially started to cater to the needs of Public Sector giants like HAL, HMT, and BEML etc.

Later, within a short span of time, the company developed few equipments related to manufacturing lead Acid Batteries which were supplied to erstwhile M/s. UB - MEC Batteries Ltd, and M/s. AMCO Batteries Ltd., It received good response and the company was able to offer import substitute equipments at low cost with an equivalent quality. An obsession for innovations, higher productivity and indispensable quality has resulted in achieving great heights. Exploring cost effectiveness, fullest utilization of emerging technologies and human resources has been the motto of the company since day one.

Through lot of R&D work within our reach, several equipment have been developed starting from small moulds, viz., pole moulds, bush moulds etc., to fully automatic machines viz., Oxide Ball Mills, Grid Casting Machine which duly got accepted and appreciated by our valued customers. The unit is well equipped with ample infrastructure and experienced work force to provide the present generation quality and service to its customers.
